Re: Moving house

Normally take same hardware with you, phone number transferred, with moving house would normally trigger a new 12 month contract

Re: Moving house

There is always a new contract and account but as you are a customer moving house you don't get charged the early termination fee for cancelling the current contract.

Re: Moving house

Hi Kton7727,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community.

When you take your services to a new address this is just a continuation of your current contract, the only time this will change is if you change to a new deal which would then re contract you.

For more information around moving and to check the new property is serviceable please have a look here .

Kind regard

Paul
