Moving Virgin Wall Socket

Hi, I’m tearing my hair out a bit and hope someone can help! 

I saw a very helpful response on here earlier giving someone really clear and extensive instructions to contact Virgin to arrange for someone to come and move our wall socket where the Virgin Wire comes in from outside. There were several suggested means of communication and I feel like I’ve got nowhere with any of them! I called the number given, and selected the option but was told by an automated voice that they were end in the call because I hadn’t selected an option. I tried web chat but got sent to various guides by a robot. I finally spoke to a real person who told me to call the number of already tried. I tried texting and was told to WhatsApp. I sent a WhatsApp and that still hasn’t been read.

How can it be so difficult and time consuming to find a way of just seeing if my socket box can be moved?? I know there’s a charge and am happy to pay it. If anyone is still reading, are there any other ways I can get this sorted please?
