Moving VM Wall Socket - Engineers?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone knows whether Virgin engineers have started doing non-emergency call outs yet, and how you go about getting it booked in?

Needing to move our wall socket from one side of the house to the other, been waiting patiently for lockdown to pass but could do with getting it sorted as soon as possible.

Hi Uzaro,

VM are now performing non essential work again although they will be working through the backlog of orders at first but if you contact the team they will be able to look into this for you and book the visit.
