I’m looking for some support from Virgin. I am moving into a new build property (David Wilson/Barratt) on 27th Sep and have been promised that after registering for virgin many months ago that I’ll be contacted 4-6 weeks ahead of the move....I’m still waiting.
Each time I phone virgin after waiting for 30mins+ I’m told someone will contact me and they don’t......
All I want to do is move my current broadband to my new property......
Please help!
