Moving House to a New Build

Hi,

I’m looking for some support from Virgin. I am moving into a new build property (David Wilson/Barratt) on 27th Sep and have been promised that after registering for virgin many months ago that I’ll be contacted 4-6 weeks ahead of the move....I’m still waiting.

Each time I phone virgin after waiting for 30mins+ I’m told someone will contact me and they don’t......

All I want to do is move my current broadband to my new property......

Please help!

Re: Moving House to a New Build

is the property serviced?
it would be the developers that would be responsible for doing that.

Re: Moving House to a New Build

Check your new house for preinstalled VM sockets and cabling, and look around the area for a VM street cabinet. It's a good sign if you find both.

Edit: just read your post. Does the address come up in VM's postcode checker?

No not yet, on my street but not up to the numbers of my house. All the cables and boxes are there
