I moved into my new flat this week and thought everything going to plan as far as setting up at the new address but only received a cable and no broadband router. I called immediately and was told a form would be completed and I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hrs. No call. Called again today and the agent completely misunderstood and thought i was trying to RETURN equipment.
I have no broadband router but am being billed for a product i cannot use, i find dealing with the home movers team painful and am having trouble getting any help - I just needa broadband router aside was told would receive. Never had troublewithvirgin until contacting the movers team!
