Moved installation date

Hi, I was due to have my installation tomorrow (18th Sep) but due to a blocked Openreach duct outside the house it has been moved back 2 weeks to the 2nd October. 

The contractors have cleared the ducting this morning so will there be a way to change the install date? I will be at the house on the 23rd and 24th next week so that would be a massive help if it can be moved.

We can seek to take a look into the prospect of having the installation brought forward for you, but I will seek to use the notes on the account before I contact the area field managers to see if this is possible.
