Moved house and got a quick start kit delivered. Set it up and it’s connected but showing a green flashing light and green wifi symbol. When I go onto the my virgin media app it says
‘your not with virgin media anymore. If there’s any info you want to grab from your account, you have 90 days from your connection date’
Can’t watch tv either because obviously the hub needs to be connected

When moving home you are given a new account number.
You may need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the equipment.

If it still does then not become active you will need a technician's visit so call
pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
