Move hub

Tuning in

Hello,

We recently moved house and the hub connection point is currently located in the nursery. We'd like to move this into the office if possible? There are multiple ports currently in the office for a wired connection to certain rooms and would like to move all of this to the office as well.

Also when we moved we recieved the wrong kit for our hub connection, it was a push fit cable but the hub connection point is a screw fit. We've had to use our old cables which had all the cables for the TV as well so it's a proper mess at the minute!

Call in and get a Tech visit - they will move everything to where you want it, replace cables and balance all the power levels.

You should be able to blag it for free as they sent you the wrong fitment as it wasn't correctly cabled when you moved in - worst case scenario though is a £25 charge for a non-fault call out charge

Thanks for the reply! Seems a bit old fashioned to have to call up haha! I'll give them a ring and see how I get on.

There is a Chat bot available somewhere and a Twitbook page etc - but I never use those - others seem to get through ok. Or a VM person can pick this up when they get here in a day or two.

But calling is still usually quickest 🙂

All new cables are the push fit type, you just push them on over the threads on the F socket.

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2
