Move VM Router to new location

due to an extension I want to move the router to a different location about 2/3 metres away. I can’t find a way to book an engineer, can one of the team here do this for me?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
