Move Cables

Hello. 
I have 2 separate cables for virgin on the front of my house one of which goes up to a bedroom for tv and another that goes up to a bedroom at the back of the house for broadband/tv.

We’ve now had the front of the house rendered in white so the cables look ugly. 

Can I pay to have virgin move the cables so that they are redirected away from the front of the house ? This will take a bit of work I think so is it a job they would do?

Yes they will rerun the cables - the cost will be £25.

You need to call in to book a Tech appointment to do it. Be sure you are there when they come to do the job - otherwise it may be no improvement 🙂
