my modem as been damaged in some work we had done .
i can find no on the site to order a new one and get an engineer to call.
All i get is going round in a loop being given fault finding tips .
Any help

I am sorry to see that you are having issues with replacing your Hub.
Is it the Hub that was broken? Or the wires going into the Hub? Can you show us a photo of this please?

it is the actula modem as it was hit by something in a move of furniture
