Missing Top Cashback on BB order

Hi,

I took out an order for VIVID 100 Broadband and Phone in May through Top Cashback that was offering £120 cashback but it isn't showing as tracked. I've raised a support case with TCB and according to their last update, the claim "has been submitted to Virgin Media Fibre Broadband, TV and Calls (via their affiliate network or representative management agency who run their online programme for them)" but that was almost 2 months ago.

Does anyone know if it's possible to contact this team in VM directly to follow it up?

You can’t deal directly with Virgin Media.

You are topcashback’s customer on this issue and they must resolve this with Virgin Media.
