Missing Package

I've order a new hub from Virgin using CollectPlus. It was due to arrive two days ago (28 August) however I have still not received an email to say the package has arrived. When I log into Virgin Media to track the order it just says the package is due 28 August and that the package is "on its way". I do not know if this means I should just keep waiting, or if it believes the package was delivered on 28 August. The store I'm collecting from refuses to give me any information until I have the email confirmation, so I do not know if they already have the package or not. Who should I contact to find out where my package is?

In case anyone else has a similar issue, the best place to get this sorted seems to be using the online chat function when you log in to your account. They can give you a collection code.

But it only worked for me when I did this online on a laptop through the virgin website. Chatting to people through the various mobile apps didn’t seem to get me to the right people.
