We ordered a Hub 5 that arrived today but was missing the isolator cable needed to plug the router into the Virgin receiver. In the quickstart kit it said that the hub, power supply and isolator cable would be included. I have tried to ring VIrgin customer service multiple times to no avail as there is no option for this. Can someone please direct me to a human rather than a bot to speak to about this?
