So I am a new customer to virgin and have signed up for the Gig1 Fibre broadband and I'm due to receive my self install package on 01/12/2021. I am not sure if the isolator cable is included in the assembly kit.
If its not included I really need this to be sent out in addition to my new hub, if someone could please arrange this for me, thank you.
