Hi,

Hoping someone can help, ive had two appointments for external works that need doing, both yesterday and today.

Both appointments were missed. I called Virgin this morning who said they are definitely coming today and not to worry.

I am getting concerned no one is turning up to do this.

If its a cable pull you are having done it will be contractors not VM staff. Will just roll over each day on your account till contractor tells virgin it is complete.
