Messy wires

Hello all, 

I have been with Virgin since, god knows when.!

I was tempted to go to Sky but with their reliance on OpenReach it was a disaster in the planning, so have decided to stick with Virgin.

However, we had building work and the wires etc are a mess and are an open invitation for an ASBO delinquent to pull them out.

So i need an engineer to visit and tidy up the wires and to re-install the equipment so i can use the landline, as i now work from home i need the cable to my office as well as the TV router bit.

Just need an engineer who'd figure it out and do it without a thought.

Who, how do i get this organised ?

I have tried 3 times now to contact Virgin.

And have been passed round more times than an unwanted Christmas present..

Why don't you test your own systems without prior knowledge, its a catastrophe.!

Like a secret diner testing the system....

And now, when trying to log into my account the password isn't recognised.

Pc remembered it but it crashed with all the passwords.

Sick of all these systems, can someone pick up what you are charging me for and call me.

The system is supposed to be an improvement, but picking up a phone and call someone is so much quicker than these forums, emails etc
