Messy installation of broadband

When the virgin technician came to install our Virgin broadband this is how it was installed - photo attached. There was a TV in the way at the time and this has since been moved. The wiring looks messy and I feel it should be done properly and the box should be flat against the wall - however I can't work out who at Virgin to talk to about this! Does anyone have a phone number? Thanks in advance!

Hard to see what exactly is going on in the photo. Was this a re-installation/repair of an old cable/wall box or has the room recently been plastered/painted?

The wall appears to have a big bulge of plaster sticking out which would hinder fitting the box flat (or is it a hole in the wall?). Don't think you could really expect the VM tech to level the wall for you but certainly at least try to attach the box to it.

Presumably the front panel screws on the box were missing so a big wood screw has been put through the side to keep the lid on.

You might have increased your chances of a better installation had you moved the TV in advance of the visit.

In any event, IMHO that needs remedying, preferably with new/clean/undamaged fittings?
