Maintenance works updates

Hi,

A lot of people on my estate have had text messages and emails about maintenance and upgrade information for the gig1, but I haven't received anything. I've tried inputting my phone number on my account to receive text updates but there is no option to input my number. Any mods know how to do this and sign up to the text and email updates?

I am unable to see anything on your account regarding this, but this does not rule out that you may be affected by this.

 

Did your neighbours get given a date for when this would start?

Hi

Some people got the 16th September, some got the 20th September and some got the 22nd September. All live on different areas of the estate.

You could call the planned outage number on 0800 052 2137 to see if they have any details/updates for your postcode..
