MOVING HOME PROBLEMS

I have spent all afternoon talking to that live chat bot

trying to arrange to have my phone and television connected

at my new address,in the end i just got sick of waiting and

closed the chat.

Is this the only way you can contact Virgin Media or is there

an email address you can send your new address to.
