So after over a year of waiting and botch after botch, I finally got broadband installed today, joy!
We're off to a flying start and all is well until I try to setup MAC filtering on the network. Then it all goes wayward and I'm now sans internet! I can still connect to the Hub 3.0 but there's no net connection. Did a hard reset and it's all back to normal. Tried MAC filtering again and same issue!
Customer "service" in India or wherever has been atrocious. wth Virgin?
