Hi how can I actually reach virgin media? I have been advised my order was incorrectly processed by VM and I need to speak to customer service, how can I actually reach them to talk to???? Chat bot just says transferring me but never does, text chat thing, well no one replies other than saying we will reply when you first message them - Ive been on this 2 days and not got hold of anyone.  Tried on the phone but there is no option for we messed up your order and you want to speak to someone about it just account (give us you money) tech support (which then puts you on a useless automated journey) etc etc.  I just want to speak to some one  to sort t. I really hope they don't expect to charge me

Phone 150 in office hours and work your way through the menu to 'Thinking of leaving us'. They should be able to sort it for you.
