Unfortunately Im yet another user who has placed an online order and then received zero communication following the initial order confirmation. Yes, i know its been Christmas and yes, i know about covid but if Virgin Media are suffering delays or are short staffed, why not change the system to reflect these issues. The email states you will be in contact within 48hrs..... 2 weeks later and Zero communication.
Order was placed on Monday December 21st, my order ref was WS7381683 and the quickstart package was supposed to be delivered today.
Any help would be much appreciated, even if its just to tell me I have to go through the order process again as the original order was devoured by Krampus.
