Lost MDD Timeout

Tuning in

Hi - having intermittant drop outs with a wired connection - happens every few days for 15-30 mins.  Any suggestions?  Log shows:

Hmmmm - the actual stats look fine from where I'm sitting.

Hang tight for VM Staff to look into it!

In the meantime:

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

Lost MDD Timeout; Refers to loss of system messaging between hub and CMTS, despite how that sounds, MDD timeouts are usually of no significance to the user, but sometimes crops up with the other moder serious errors.

Can you post up the rest of the Hub stats (up and downstream - See if we can see what may be going on!
