Loss of connection every night can not stream

For the past 3 weeks we have not been able to stream as the connection drops out completely, had a new router sent out, it worked great for 2 days and back to dropping connection.

My wife and I stream for a living and over the past ± 3 weeks it has been impossible to stream and generate an income, seems to be when 6pm comes around, internet walk out the door, doing the status test on my mobile it fails. 

Can we get this sorted asap as I will be claiming loss of income as this problem is stopping me from making a living, yet VM want the full bill paid end of the month for non-service / part service.

What bitrate are you streaming at? Try 2500

Is it twitch you stream on?

What speeds do you get when wired and are you streaming wired?

hey @legacy1 We stream at 1080 / 60fps / 48K audio so 2500 is no good for me - streaming is not my issue, it is the connection that drops and Router stops responding, besides we are 2 people streaming at the same time and it has worked great for years.
Down = 380Mbps & Up = 34 - 41 Mbps and 8 - 10 ms ping

Report the connection problem to VM. If it's due to congestion be prepared to wait months for a solution.

And you cannot claim for loss of income if you have a residential service, best to have a backup such as DSL.

In the meantime, set up a free “BQM” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of all your network disconnections, useful data to have in discussions with VM. Hopefully it will look as good as Roger's !

So Update after 2x engineers popped in new router (3rd one in 2 weeks)
and still having issues, will wait for a few more days and see if it settles or not.
