Loss of broadband in N1 area

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help determine why I have had no broadband for 2 weeks now, and the appointment date keeps being postponed day after day. Is there any way I can check the status of the engineer coming, is there even an engineer available in this area?

You're better off calling VM customer service to find this out as you'll be waiting about a week for a response from VM staff on the boards who probably aren't able to help much without a fault reference number
