Hi, I have just bought M125 broadband and received email from Virgin:
"We're sending your QuickStart install pack very soon...It'll now arrive with you on <8/02/23>"
This is 3 weeks waiting time! Is this normal?
Initially install pack was meant to be delivered 19th January, just few days waiting time.
Is there a way to contact Virgin and ask them for details?

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
