Lifting and replacing Mon block and blocking the access to the estate

Hi Currently our estate (Goulden Place )is almost in accessible due to Trucks vans and barriers , I find this totally unacceptable and who ever is in charge needs to get some order and control.

My second question is when they get to the area around my property they will have to lift the Mono block are they going to re lay it ?  I will not accept Tarmac replacing mono block

they should only be digging pavements, so none of that will be your property?
they will be doing work as per the agreement they have with the local council.

Re: Lifting and replacing Mon block and blocking the access to the estate

So are you saying they can lift a Mono block service strip and then replace it with Tarmac what about the road which is also Mono block so we could end up with Tarmac strips running trough the Mono block ? my issue is not lifting it but the way it will be left .

if that is what the council have approved yes they can. You'll have to ask the council what they have agreed
