I left virgin in June, and was unable to withdraw the £30 credit immediately as it needed to process our returned equipment, and then there was a website error lasting a long time which meant I couldn't get my money back. After being on the phone today, over 3 months later, for over 20 minutes, the line dropped out conveniently when I was supposed to be being transferred to somebody who could help me get this back. When I log in, I cant access any of my data. However when I called Virgin still knew all my account details as well as how much I was due to be paid. I am confused as to how I can get this back, as it appears that Virgin is doing whatever it can to avoid paying this back to me.
