Late broadband package delivery

Hello!

I've ordered a broadband package that should have been delivered by 4th two days ago, when I moved to my new house. It did not and i can't even create an account because I don't know what area reference there is for Donnington, Telford.

Any idea how much do I have to wait?? I'm considering cancelling the order and search for a more serious provider.
