Last owner of property removed the power supply for signal booster

I've managed to recieve my self install virgin media hub but have struggled to get it connecting, i've noticed however that the splitter which is connected to wall socket seems to have had its power supply removed, does anyone have details of the power supply so i can buy a replacement or how i can get an engineer to check it over?

The splitter/booster is called Technetix FDU-61v2.

It's ridiculous for the previous owner to have removed this, so call VM to get a tech round to fix this at no cost.
