As the title, was all working fine then realised I couldn’t make or receive calls. Have restarted the hub, phone is lit green on hub, light at bottom is yellow…. If I try making a call phone beeps at me saying ‘outgoing call not possible, call blocking is dealing with incoming call’?

There has been a large VM Internet outage this morning.
Given VOIP requires internet to work it might be worth seeing if the internet has resumed or is still out of action.

I think the outage was resolved around 06:30 this morning, but it may have gone off again. Check your BQM if you have one, and if you don't have one, you should have 🙂
