Hi I haven’t been sent a landline adapter, I needed this by 20th August . Don’t have the original letter but ordered it in the email sent from VM.

I'm sorry you've not received the adapter, I've emailed the area manager to arrange dropping one off for you, soon as I hear back I'll let you know.
