Landline adapter

Hi I haven’t been sent a landline adapter, I needed this by 20th August . Don’t have the original letter but ordered it in the email sent from VM.

Thank you so much for your help Alex, adapter was dropped off, landline now working perfectly. 👏  After weeks of trying to get this by phoning Virgin Media.
