Hi. I’m new to virgin and already disappointed. Our internet is lagging and I cannot connect to our smart plugs. We had no issues with our service with sky so I’m hoping for a quick solution or I may need to return to them! Thank you

What Hub do you have?
Try disabling the 5Ghz wifi temporarily and see if the plugs connect. If they do, then re-enable the 5Ghz.

Logon to the hub on 102.168.0.1, administrator password should be on bottom of hub, it’s not the WiFi password. Looking in the settings or advance settings.
