Lack of service

Hi im a new customer I was promised my internet would be up and running Monday I paid for an engineer to guarantee this due to loss of earnings without a connection?? It's now Thursday and all my devices can add to the box but there is no internet and I keep getting told it's working fine!!! Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow and I have warnings on my account about my credit limit saying I owe £110 im absolutely fuming at this im being warned of a bull when I still don't have any service!!!!!! Also why can I not find an email address to just email customer services!!! Rant over sorry

There is no email address for customer service. You'll have to wait for service, like the rest of us on residential accounts.

Sorry to hear you have been having an issue getting connected 

I have just run a quick check on your connection for here and can see everything is looking okay now after the engineers visit 

Please don't worry about the credit limit 

The first bill is always high as explained here

Regarding your loss of earnings, as this is a residential account we are not liable for covering things like this
