Lack of service compensation

What's the process for compensation for lack of service?no internet access since about 9am yesterday morning,done all the usual checks etc and although router shows no flashing lights only solid white light and TV works fine I still have no internet access .Got an engineer booked for Monday but that will be 6 days with service that I'm paying for so some compensation would be nice so just wanted to know what the process for claims is.Luckily we have unlimited data on our phones with three so we do have "some internet access "but not fast enough for streaming Netflix or prime.

Hi

When I try to register the outage online it just takes me to the service status page .I've already booked an engineer after checking service status,so does that qualify as registering an outage?

If you've phoned them up and registered the lack of service and have a technician to investigate, that should be sufficient.
