Our BT contract is up and as a previously satisfied Virgin broadband customer I am interested in joining again. The current sale price for the M100 package is ideal for our budget but when I have gone to start the order I get 'We're pretty sure you'll be able to get your perfect Virgin Media package' I am concerned that we will miss the window for the deal before being given I definitive answer by Virgin. Is there any way to sidestep this or can you make a note and apply the sales discount later if we are able to receive the service?
