Just moved no plug in

Hi 

  • I just moved and was given self instalment stuff which is fine but my new place has no ports to plug it in the box that there was has been stripped over everything no wires no ports. I have been trying get through to virgin via chat for ages can’t find the number to phone. Can anyone help?
