Hi who do I get in touch with I have no wiring or box to connect the hub coming in to my properly ?

Look for a large square box on the outside of the house. Check if there are wires going into the house from there. If you can't find that it must have been removed by a previous resident. You'll have to phone Customer Services and request a manned installation.

They only send out the self-install kit if there has been a previous Virgin installation. But there will be no record if someone has subsequently removed it.
