I recently installed M200 but found the junction box outside the property is broken. The property was bought in August so I have no clue how long it has been left like that. Because the property has a wall socket, I did the installation myself. However, the connection hasn't been reliable. If connected through ethernet cable, it can be 15+ time lost of connections. It is slightly better when using Wifi connection. However, the signals are very weak in rooms upstairs (as the Hub is downstairs).
I hope an engineer could visit the property and replace the junction box or at least seal it up instead of letting it open to the winter rains.
With the poor connection, I am not sure whether it is related to the junction box too, or maybe the Hub 3's Ethernet port issue. But, can I get a replacement Hub to test if it can solve the problem?
