It's Been Few Years My Internet Disconnects Randomly - Please help

Hello,

I'm with virgin media for few years now & they never really help me out to resolve my issues. My internet disconnects randomly everyday. Not every hour but after few hours it disconnects. The problem is when I do stream for few hours & internet disconnects for a while my stream cuts off.

I did lot of search on the internet & I got the feelings it is the power levels.

Reboot the modem and repost the levels after a few hours (or in the morning)

Your upstream looks impaired but we need to see what POSTRS errors are doing.

Thanks for getting in touch, I've run a few checks on your service and looks the current drop out issues may be down to intermittent drops in SNR on your cable.

Networks are investigating on ref. F006823908 with an estimated fix date for the 17/01. If you drop us an update in a day or two we'll gladly check on the state of play.

Still the same. My internet disconnects every few hours. Should I update you the stats here?

You said the estimated fix date is 17/01. Should I wait for that date or I have to do something else.

My connection is very annoying, gives me anxiety & stress because most of the time I am on my computer.

Please help me out.
