Is this the right wall port?

It was suggested by virgin that the connections for fibre broadband are already in place at this property. I found this port and went to plug the end of the fibre cable into this port but realised there is no hole for the pin to go into so it doesn’t seem right. Is this the wrong port or am I missing something?

Yea that’s the one on the left of the photo. It has a termination cap fitted. Just unscrew the cap and push on the QuickStart cable.
