Hello, I am hoping someone can help or provide advice.
I have been tried to signing up to Broadband since 23 August 2023 but an account was never set up.
The previous owners of the property also had problems closing their account and Virgin Media continued to take payments from them.
I have managed to get an account set up and have installed the router, but my online account says that the internet service has not been activated yet.
I have contacted Virgin Media a number of times but they don't seem to know how to activate the service, and just state there are no known problems in the area, or ask me to reboot the router.
Has anyone got any ideas on how I get the service activated?

Try the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help.
But itooks like it might be an issue with the previous customer at your address not closing their account properly so there is an outstanding charge there.... so the address been "blackballed". - but a VM person should help clarify that on here soon
