Internet dropping out intermittently

Hi everyone,

Our internet is dropping out intermittently every once in a while. At least once or twice per week. We have Virgin Media Hub 3 which acts as a modem and router as well. It is really annoying and I really want to sort it out. Does anybody have any idea how we could resolve the issue?

Can you post up the data from the "downstream" and "upstream" pages as well.
Also, set up a free BQM to continually monitor the state of your connection 24/7.

They all look good - have you got the downstream data with the pre/post RS error counts to post. Also a pic of your BQM when yo have a complete day and where there have been problems
