Internet down but virgin doesn't think so

My internet is constantly dropping out tonight, I've run the tests but they always say there is a problem it doing do anything.

 

I'm getting 100% packet loss

 why don't the tests do anything and why does not think there is a problem

Have you done the phone check for a local service problem?  0800 561 0061.

If that doesn't mention a fault that phone Customer Service after 08.00 tomorrow.
