My internet has been down since 13/10/17. The customer relation claimed should be fixed by the 20th Oct. The website claimes no service problems yet I was told it's one of the boxes. Anyone else have problems in Bradford.
My internet was down for 3 days instead of apologising. You come on all smug "oh it's working now". For 3 days I was not able to work or my son wasn't able to study for an online test. This goes further than just compensating for 3 days.
My internet was down for 3-4 days. During this time my son had a verbal reasoning exam for a secondary to prepare for which he couldn't. My husband and myself were not able to plan our lesson work. No response from VM apologising or offering any compensation. I pay my bills on time if I am without service for this many days I should be compensated. If it us a measly few quid. I will take thus matter even further. Especially if my son fails.
This matter has not been discussed. So I would like further investigation as to why you have just told an untruth (lie)! Nothing has been discussed. I have spoken to no one. Please correct your mistake. So the public can see.
