We have been with virgin media for around nine months now. We are now experiencing the internet cutting out multiple times a day for around 10 minutes at a time in the evenings. There are no reports of outages in the area. Can anyone help with this?
First try customer services as the web status page does not show very local issues only ones where 1000’s of users are affected. They should also be able to test your circuit. If you get no joy then update this message.
