Internet (access denied)

This happens on a regular basis, green flashinglflashing on hub 3.0, login to router to see under the status page that Internet (access denied) message, it will eventually resolve itself but until then I have no functioning broadband. Why does this keep happening? It is making working from home incredibly difficult.

Contact virgin media. I had the same issue and the very helpful person on the phone got it back up and running straight away
