noticed my router today was flashing green on the internet sign and the light was green, thought it was doing a software update however that’s finished now and the light is solid white again so all looks okay however when logging into the router I’ve noticed the WiFi is okay but next to internet it says access denied? Can someone tell me why it is denied and how I can get back on the internet? I’ve rebooted the router and that didn’t help.

if it’s down thought surely it wouldn’t say access denied?
